Terms & Conditions — kl1081 Platform Rules

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the kl1081 website accessible at https://kl1081.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized versions, and any native application distributed by the Company.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the Platform, which holds your personal details, balance, betting history, and bonus records.

kl1081 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 72 hours of a request may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your Account.

To access the full features of the kl1081 Platform, you must complete the account registration process accurately and in good faith. The following conditions apply:

• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balance forfeited.

• Account Closure by Player: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before final closure. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

• Transaction Limits: kl1081 reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits to any account based on KYC status, account activity, and risk classification. Players will be notified of applicable limits upon request.
• Dormant Account Fees: Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. A monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 may be deducted from the dormant account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kl1081 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to relevant law-enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.

• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any Platform software.

Any unauthorized use of kl1081's intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kl1081 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the Platform and its services.

kl1081 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Losses arising from interrupted access to the Platform due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or events beyond kl1081's reasonable control (including natural disasters, government action, or telecommunications network failures);
• Losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, regardless of the form of action or the basis of the claim.

Where kl1081's liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kl1081's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

kl1081 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
